HOW DO I GET TO EMIRATES OLD TRAFFORD?

Emirates Old Trafford is easily accessible by all means of transport.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT EMIRATES OLD TRAFFORD?

Car parking will be available for those who receive parking as part of their hospitality package.

WHAT ENTRANCE DO I USE TO ACCESS THE GROUND?

You can enter through our dedicated hospitality entrance at Gate 1 located at the front of the ground, just off Talbot Road.

WHAT ENTRANCE DO I USE TO ACCESS MY SUITE?

For information on which entrance to use to access your suite, please refer to the list below:

  • Three Lions: Enter via The Point
  • Captains Club: Enter via The Point
  • Executive Hotel Box: Enter via the Hilton Garden Inn
  • Legends Lounge: Enter via the Pavilion
  • The Boardroom: Enter via the Pavilion
  • Private Boxes: Enter via the Pavilion

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

In our hospitality areas at Emirates Old Trafford we operate a smart casual dress code, the only exception to this is children under the age of 12.

Smart jeans and trainers are permitted. Tracksuits, shorts, offensive t-shirts and any football shirts are not permitted in these suites. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry.

ARE THERE ANY SMOKING FACILITIES AT THE GROUND?

Please note that smoking, including the smoking of e-cigarettes is not allowed within the stadium. Anyone wishing to smoke will need to go to an uncovered concourse or other open area (i.e. paths surrounding the stadium).

Smoking including the smoking of e-cigarettes is not permitted in any building or in a covered concourse area. These include all areas within the Pavilion, The Point, Private Boxes and balconies, Hilton Garden Inn Emirates Old Trafford, tunnels and of course, all toilets.

MAY I LEAVE THE GROUND FOR A SHORT WHILE AND COME BACK?

Pass-outs and re-admission will be in operation for the England v Australia One-Day International ONLY. Please note you will need to have your match ticket scanned by one of our friendly stewards to exit and enter the ground.

DO I NEED TO PASS ON MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

If you have specific dietary requirements, we ask that you inform our hospitality team no later than one week prior to the game you are attending.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

All tickets are sent out to arrive no later than one month before your fixture is scheduled to take place. If you do not receive them, please contact our hospitality team on 0161 868 6810 or email hospitality@lccc.co.uk

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We booked the sunshine months ago but should it take a turn for the worse and prevent play, details of the refund scheme can be found on the reverse of your tickets or at lccc.co.uk/ticket-terms

WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?

Doors are scheduled to open two hours before the start of play.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SUITE?

Yes, children are allowed within the suite. However all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

IS THERE ACCOMMODATION ON SITE?

Yes. After opening its doors in 2017, the new 150-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Emirates Old Trafford is located on site at our iconic ground and is the perfect place to unwind after a memorable day at the cricket.

CAN I STORE BAGS OR SUITCASES AT THE GROUND?

Unfortunately we do not have capacity for bag/suitcase storage at Emirates Old Trafford.

Please be aware that all bags brought into the ground will be fully searched and we strongly advised you to minimise the number of items you bring as this will speed up your entry.

ARE THERE ATM’s ON SITE?

Yes. There are a limited number of ATMs on site that may incur a charge.

ACCESSIBLILTY

If you think that you or a member of your party may have difficulty accessing seating around the stadium please contact our hospitality team prior to the day of the game, on 0161 868 6810 or email hospitality@lccc.co.uk

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING OR A DISABLED DROP-OFF POINT?

Details on our accessible parking and drop-off points will be confirmed closer to the fixture taking place at Emirates Old Trafford.
