Luke Procter and Brooke Guest both hit centuries as Lancashire Second XI beat Northants by 167 runs in yesterday's 50 over trophy match at Northop Hall.

Lancashire won the toss and elected to bat first but lost two early wickets as Rob Jones and Calum Turner were dismissed cheaply to leave the visitors 10/2.

The Lancashire duo put on 97 for the third wicket before Bohannon (37) was bowled by Taylor to leave the Red Rose side 110/3.

Procter went to his half century and Brooke Guest, coming in at five, batting positively from the outset as the pair began to attack the Northants bowlers.
