Twelve man squad named for Yorkshire clash

Ashley Giles has named a twelve man squad for the Specsavers County Championship fixture against Roses rivals Yorkshire at Headingley, starting tomorrow.

Lancashire go into the game after a another disappointing defeat to Durham Jets in the NatWest T20 Blast, whilst Yorkshire lost to Leicestershire on Friday night as well.

In the Championship, Lancashire have won three out of five and top the table going into the game against the Champions. Jos Buttler has been rested.

Lancashire Squad - Steven Croft (captain), Tom Bailey, Karl Brown, Alex Davies (wicketkeeper), Haseeb Hameed, Kyle Jarvis, Simon Kerrigan, Liam Livingstone, Alviro Petersen, Luke Procter, Tom Smith, Neil Wagner.
