Laura started playing cricket when she was 9 years old and was then selected to play for Cumbria aged just 12.
She was invited to trials at Lancashire and has been playing with LCB Women for 4 seasons.
Laura was educated at Ulverston Victoria High School and Lancaster & Morecambe College, studying sports coaching. She is a Level 2 cricket coach and is the Women’s & Girls Development Officer for Cumbria, organising hubs in the north of the county to get girls and women involved in cricket.
