Emirates Old Trafford will be celebrating the return of Ashes cricket with a special England versus Australia darts night on Monday 29th July.
The Ashes special will be held in The Point, with star names including Simon Whitlock, who will captain the Australians, and Lancastrian Wes Newton leading the English.
Stars from cricket, football, rugby league and other sports will line up alongside the two darting giants in an evening of celebratory fun.
Lancashire cricketers Gareth Cross, Kyle Hogg, Karl Brown and Oliver Newby will be amongst those representing England on the night, with the Australian team including Warrington Wolves Head Coach Tony Smith, and players Joel and Michael Monaghan.
John Gwynne, cricket commentator for many years with the BBC and, for two decades, darts commentator for Sky Sports, will host the event, with more names being confirmed in the coming weeks.
Tickets start at £25 and include a Pie and Peas Supper.
