Here are the Refund Schemes in place for the 2013 season

REFUND SCHEME – INVESTEC TEST MATCH
England v Australia, 1-5 August 2013


Days 1, 2, 3 & 4

For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match:  If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:
              (a) no play because the match has been completed - a full refund;
              (b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund;
              (c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Refund claims
Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. To claim your refund simply send your ticket(s), with the name of the payee, address, postcode and e-mail in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P310, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date.  There is no need to include an envelope.  Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund.  For refund queries call 01455 852514 (9 to 5 Mon to Fri).  Also visit www.ecb.co.uk/refundscheme.  For any other queries please contact the Ticket Office on 0161 282 4040.

REFUND SCHEME – NATWEST ONE-DAY INTERNATIONAL
England v Australia, 8th September 2013

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

                  (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund;
                  (b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

LANCASHIRE HOME MATCHES 2013

Friends Life t20 Matches
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket(s) is valid, you may claim a full refund of only the match ticket value (less a £1 administration charge) subject to there being fewer than 10 overs played because of adverse weather conditions and no result is acheived.

To claim a refund (less the £1 administration charge) you must send your ticket to: Ticket Office, Dept R2013, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0PX within 28 days of the scheduled completion of the match. If you do not receive your refund within 28 days please contact 0161 282 4040 or e-mail tickets@lccc.co.uk

LV= County Championship & Yorkshire Bank 40
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket(s) is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play in the same competition later in the 2013 season, subject to availability (excluding Yorkshire Bank 40 Semi-Final match).

To claim a replacement ticket, you must return your ticket to: Ticket Office, Dept R2013, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0PX within 28 days of the scheduled completion of the match.
