

Daniel Thwaites have this week announced a three year sponsorship deal of Lancashire Cricket League. From next season, the league will be known as the "Thwaites Original Lancashire League".
As official sponsors of Lancashire County Cricket Club, Daniel Thwaites invited left-arm spinner Gary Keedy, who will be the club's beneficiary next year, to seal the deal at a signing ceremony at the Higher Trapp Country House Hotel.
Sales and Marketing Director for Daniel Thwaites, Brian Jenkins, said: "This sponsorship demonstrates our continued investment in local sport and community, from grass roots level right up to first class grade.
"The sponsorship sees the sees the coming together of two brands rich in history and synonymous with quality, so the deal makes perfect sense. We wish Lancashire League the best of success for the next three years under our sponsorship as well as into the future.
Lancashire League Chairman, Bert Hanson, said: "I am absolutely delighted that the League has become associated with a company of the stature and standing of Daniel Thwaites, and we look forward to a successful working relationship with our new sponsors."
The Daniel Thwaites sponsorship for the next three seasons incorporates all three competitions including the League, the Cup and the Twenty 20 contests.
