THE LCCC coaching team will be presenting their expertise to over 100 cricket coaches from across the county this Sunday.

Cricket Director Mike Watkinson, Head Coach Peter Moores, Academy Director John Stanworth, Strength and Conditioning Coach Alex Horn and Coaches Gary Yates, Jason Swift and Stephen Titchard will be holding workshops at Old Trafford to illustrate skills, drills and techniques which can be used at all levels from child to professional.

Mike Watkinson said: "All aspects of cricket coaching will be covered which will provide a common thread to the coaching throughout the county.

"Cricket coaches will have the opportunity to pick up basic principles that work at the top level to be applied at all levels of cricket coaching. This will ultimately provide great preparation for young cricketers as they progress through the ranks."
