Lancashire have bowled out Essex today for 20, to win their LV= County Championship match by an innings and 105 runs.
This is lowest total that Lancashire have ever bowled a team out for in their 149-year existance.
We simply haven't had time to check all the records broken today. I will leave that to our statistician Mark Taylor who, amazing, decided to take a week off work to go to the match at Chelmsford. Perhaps we should send him to every game!
Glen Chapple finished with 5-9, Kyle Hogg 4-11 while Chapple also ran out James Foster. Amazing stuff, and our reporter Graham Hardcastle spoke to Chapple and Hogg at the close.

Amazingly, the Essex total of 20 is not a record low at Chelmsford. Essex bowled out Surrey for 14 in 1983.
