In partnership with LCCC, Myerscough College offers a range of cricket studies courses

Myerscough College linked in partnership with Lancashire County Cricket Club offer further education opportunities to students across the region. The courses offered provide a blend of study and practice in cricket. The programmes encourage the development of playing skills and provide a good foundation in areas directly related to Cricket.

Based in the indoor cricket centre at Old Trafford, students take advantage of the first class facilities at their base and also the specialist coaching provided by Lancashire County Cricket Club. In addition to this practical experience students study in areas such as Sports Coaching; Sports Nutrition and Analysis of Elite Performance. This unique opportunity provides a solid base from which students can further their education at university or alternatively the students are provided with the knowledge and qualifications needed to gain employment within the industry.
