Here are the Refund Schemes in place for the 2012 season.

REFUND SCHEME – NATWEST ONE-DAY INTERNATIONAL
England v Australia, July 10th 2012
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and 'No Result' is obtained - a full refund; (b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and'No Result' is obtained - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. Claims are subject to a £1.00 administration charge per application which will be deducted from your cheque; therefore do not send any payment with your application.
To claim your refund simply send your ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P212, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

LANCASHIRE HOME MATCHES
LV= County Championship & Clydesdale Bank 40
If there is less than 10 overs of play due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play in the same competition later in the 2012 season, subject to seat availability (excluding Clydesdale Bank 40 Semi-Final matches).
Friends Life t20
If there is less than 10 overs of play and no result is obtained due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play in the Friends Life t20 later in the 2012 season, subject to seat availability (excluding Friends Life t20 Quarter-Final matches).
To claim a replacement ticket you can go the Ticket Office in person, or send your ticket, together with your name and address to; Ticket Office, Dept R2012, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PX within 28 days of the scheduled completion of the match.
